Let's Get Healthy Together!!! On average, it takes roughly 10 weeks before a new behavior becomes a habit; and sometimes it is just easier to accomplish with a partner! These 30 minute sessions are meant to be scheduled regularly. We will discuss frequency during our initial consultation. These sessions are an opportunity to have an unbiased, cheer-leading, accountability partner! Sessions are available for in-person or via phone or zoom. We may walk inside in place, on a treadmill, or outside on a path of your choosing. This is an extra layer of accountability as you work to establish a new habit: regular exercise. These sessions can be at a slow pace, fast pace or combination depending on your comfort level. We will determine the best pace during our follow up session(s) as well as increments for increasing pace. You will learn all about establishing good posture and strengthening your core through low-impact exercise. We will make small goals and establish rewards for meeting those goals. We will have weekly weigh-ins and measurements to help mark your progress! Regular food journaling will be included. There are so many benefits to moving, even just a few minutes more than normal each day...so come on! Let's take steps together towards better health! Time slots are limited.
