Healthy fats, potassium and who can go wrong with chocolate?
1 frozen banana (Peeled prior to freezing)
½ avocado
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
½ cup peanut butter
1.5 cups of vanilla coconut milk
Pinch of sea salt
Drop frozen banana, avocado, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sea salt, and vanilla coconut milk into blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds. Add vanilla coconut milk and re-blend if consistency is too thick.
