Service Description

These are your follow up appointments. Here we will chart your successes, re-assess roadblocks and tailor plans that will help you hit your goals. These are also accountability sessions and opportunities to delve into mental roadblocks and work on retraining your brain for a healthier, happier you! Each 30 minute session is $45 with a non-refundable $35 deposit paid at the time of booking. If cost is an issue, please still contact us; we will work with you! We are here to help you, not to take advantage.
